At B-Thrive, we love going back to the ancient teachings of our ancestors and highlight history/ facts that we have not been taught enough in order to get a better understanding of concepts and learn who we are at the core as Black people. Unfortunately, some aspects of our Black and African identity, history and culture have been negatively labelled and falsely narrated.
We respect all spiritual belief systems while understanding the important role our ancestors play and how ancient spirituality is the foundation of modern and mainstream spirituality today.
